TeamCAD's technical support represents backup for clients in the implementation process and in use of software packages we offer. In accordance with Autodesk requirements for Gold partners, there are eight technical support engineers in TeamCAD. They are different technical professions and certified for the latest Autodesk software solutions versions by Autodesk.

Users who have Contract for technical support pay appropriate monthly or yearly compensation. For other users, technical support is charged by valid price list. 

In order to solve the problem effectively, please enter following data:

  • Autodesk software name and version (e.g. AutoCAD 2016)
  • Serial number (e.g. 347-xxxxxxxxx)
  • Operating system name and version (e.g. WIN7 PRO 64bit)
  • Problem description.

If there is a need for the additional information, the technical support team will contact the client, based on submitted data. 

Technical support working hours are from Monday to Friday, from 8.30 am to 4.00 pm. 

For the users who have Contract for technical support, working hours and response time are defined in the Contract.
